Hey After we got the intent to revoke on i-130 application 2 months ago,,i check today on uscis page and it says we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number . I'm an 19 year old male and am an US citizen. I got married in Bangladesh where legal age of marriage for man is 21 years old. Meaning my marriage was not recognized by Bangladesh law. Should i consider K-1 Visa since technically we are not married by law. Don’t want to wait almost 1.5 years to turn 21 then apply and wait another 1 year to be/live with her.
